With 30 years of experience in emergency management, disaster response, EM instruction, public speaking, and volunteer work, I help individuals and organizations align their values, develop goals, identify paths, and achieve work-life balance. This leads to a more successful job search, as well as greater overall life satisfaction. Our members are EM from a variety of industries.
